Store coupon codes and sales
Our store offers a few coupons with the following conditions:
*Discount total is not inclusive of shipping
*Discount codes will have to be manually applied by a buyer during checkout.
*Credits are not given post-purchase.

Can you ship to a different address from the address that is on my order page?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any other address that is different from what is listed on your order summary page. If you are purchasing for someone else, please be sure to add their address as an additional shipping address and select it to be the shipping address before submitting an order.
Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to incorrect/undeliverable address. Buyer is responsible to cover additional shipping charges in order for us to resend a package to the correct address.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days but we always aim to ship out the next business day.
We use USPS First Class for all of our domestic (USA) packages.
Priority Mail is available during your checkout as a shipping upgrade.
After we mail out your order, our shop is not responsible for USPS speed or tracking updates on their end. Please be aware that shipping delays are outside of our control.
Returns and cancellations
As per store policy, returns are not accepted. Please be sure to read item descriptions thoroughly prior to making your purchase. We do not accept returns if you ordered the wrong size. If you are unsure of the size you need, send us a message and we will try to help you.
Cancellations could be accepted if you canceled your order on the same day of your purchase. However, we would not be able to approve your cancellation request if your order has been already shipped.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom commission is available for flower crowns, earrings and necklaces.
Price will depend on actual style. If you are only switching one color with another color or removing a color from an existing style, there is no extra charge.
If you want me to create a new design for you, please send me a message with as many details or examples as you have for what you need made. Once I confirm all details and I understand your vision, I will give you a quote. If I am able to create it for you, you can then place an order. I will create your custom order and before shipping out, send you photos for approval to make sure you are completely satisfied with it.
*I do not create custom orders until you submit an order.
